iTunes says: any users who can't "find" the album should click "check for available downloads" and should then be able to receive the album. Does this work for everyone?

There seems to be a bit of a delay going on in the email notifications for pre-order redemptions. Fans should get an email at some point today allowing them to redeem for their pre-order. Unfortunately with iTunes the redemption happens the day of release, there’s not a set time per se, that’s just the way the iTunes systems work.

Fans should receive the email soon with their pre-order version including ‘Lucky’.

It is important to note that fans must wait for their redemption email. They should not rebuy the album because they will likely get charged twice.

As for the ‘complete my album’, this is NOT part of the pre-order. It is an option you are given if you bought something off the album already – in this case ‘Cha-Ching’. You get the cheaper price since you already paid for some of the content. But if someone pre-ordered they should not choose this option, they could get charged again.

I hope this answers the questions you have so far. I will continue to update what I posted on the site, facebook and msg board in regards to the pre-order. Let me know if you have any others questions.

You may not have received the email yet to redeem your pre-order, it goes out sometime today. We are waiting on confirmation from iTunes on whether this might be the issue - thanks for your patience!

If you downloaded the pre-order late last night / early this morning (Nov. 17) you may have missed the pre-order and just ordered the regular version. In that case you will not get the track 'Lucky'

The pre-order is no longer available in the iTunes Canada store - that link goes dead on the day of release - you can only get the regular album on iTunes Canada today and it's a different link. That's why if you pre-ordered you have to redeem via email.

So there seems to be some general confusion about the iTunes pre-order on iTunes Canada. Hopefully I can clear some of that up.

First of all you must redeem your pre-order via email. If you just go to the iTunes store or click on the old pre-order link that won't do you any good. You would have received the email on album release date - Nov. 17.

Secondly, 'Lucky' was the pre-order bonus track and 'Goodbye' is the bonus track you get on redemption. This means you could still get the version with 'Goodbye' if you bought now, but not 'Lucky'.

Also some of you might find that it says you have 12 tracks when you're thinking you should have 13. That's because with the pre-order you got 'Don't Talk To Strangers' as an instant grat track, so you already have it.
