razor burn
i usually use those Shick Intuition razors that you use in the shower, but i ran out of refills so this morning i just used a new disposable razor and shaving cream on my legs, then i put dove lotion on afterwards, but i still got some wicked razor burn and got a load of knicks.
i was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to prevent that?

i have yet to have any problem like that, so sorry, i don't know.. but when i shave my left armpit, i can barley do it cause it acutally kills, i have to do it really fast to get it over with.. but my right one is perfectly fine.. anyone know what the heck is going on with that?

laser hair removal isn't that expensive, especially since you don't have to do it often.
i never get razor burns
but i get the worst grown in hairs in my armpits...yeah sure everyone wanted to know that hah

try using conditioner rather then shaving cream

^ that's what I do, and it works so good. Then RIGHT after you get out of the shower, put lotion on and your legs are soso smooth
there is somethinig SO SAFE about what seems like everybody seems to hate.
i tried the conditioner this morning and it worked!
i only knicked myself once, and that was on the knee, so that's not surprising

never knew they had your brain
try not shaving like super fast and using conditoner is way better than shaving cream...well thats what i find
the sweet isnt the sweet without the sour!

I do tooooo.
i dont use shaving cream or conditioner or anything. i know, i'm such a rebel. i barely ever knick myself either. then i just put lots of body butter from the body shop (grapefruit because it's amazing) on my legs and i'm good to go.
I use soap or baby oil <-- amazing btw.
I use a Venus Breeze razor and it's pretty good. Cept that they're so damn expensive!
I've never gotten razor burn from that and dont really get ingrowns either.

Sorry I haven't had problems like that yet, especially if you used shaving cream aswell. Have you tried waxing?

venus breezes are amazing! we had a set thingy on sale at shoppers for like $13 and it was a razor and two refills and some lotion. not bad at all.
The conditioner thing works realllly good.

And def love boys razors, so much better.

oooooh man i used to dry-shave my armpits and i got this horrible rash that lasted for like 5 months.. this was 2 years ago and i still have to put cream on my armpits so i don't get it again.
so yeah, dry-shaving = very bad.
but i don't use conditioner, i find that it clogs up my razor and is hard to clean out.
I keep an old toothbrush in the shower next to my razor and use it to clean it out

venus breeze sometimes gives me burn/ingrown hair- but not as often. i like it. and i would rather use it then the cheap stuff.
and it actually works around my knee which i love.
